Nothing But Fun Event Participation & Liability Waiver

By attending any Nothing But Fun event, you acknowledge and accept that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and the risks associated with consuming alcohol. You agree to assume full responsibility for your own safety, well-being, and actions.

You understand and confirm that your participation signifies your agreement to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Nothing But Fun, its organizers, and its members, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of the organizers or otherwise.

This waiver and release of liability extends to the fullest extent permitted by law. You further confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms by participating in any Nothing But Fun event.
